These assays, for measurement of tPA, PAI-1, or Lp(a) antigen, can contribute to investigate cardiovascular disease, and to research pathological risk or disease progression. DiaPharma liquid reagent kits contain reagents in liquid format. Calibration is performed with 6 standards for tPA andPAI-1, and with a reference preparation for Lp(a). Each kit contains a 12 x 8 coated microplate, standard solution, sample diluent, conjugate, conjugate diluent, wash solution, TMB substrate solution, and substrate buffer.
