DiaPharma Group, Inc. operates as a privately held company. Initially facilities and services were contracted from Pharmacia Hepar in Franklin, Ohio. In March of 1998, DiaPharma Group, Inc. relocated to its current facility in West Chester, Ohio, north of Cincinnati.
