This product can be used as a source of peroxidase-labelled antibodies to hirudin.

Immunogen: Purified recombinant full-length hirudin coupled to carrier protein.

Presentation: 0.1 ml of sheep IgG conjugated to horseradish peroxidase by the periodate method. The concentration of IgG-HRP is 2.0 mg/ml in a buffered stabilizer solution containing 50% glycerol (v/v). The conjugate has an Rz ratio (Reinheitszahl, A403/A280) of 0.46 as determined spectrophotometrically.

Storage: Store between -10 and -20°C.

Specificity: Priot to conjugation, the antibody was specific to hirudin as demonstrated by immunoelectrophoresis and ELISA.
