This product can be used as a negative control in procedures where rabbit antibodies are used, such as ELISA and immunoblotting.

Presentation: 1.0 ml of purified immunoglobulin from normal (non-immunized) rabbit serum. The IgG concentration is 10 mg/ml in 10 mM HEPES, pH 7.4 and 0.15 M NaCl, containing 50% glycerol.

Storage: Store in freezer at -10 to -20°C. Gently mix immediately before use.

Specificity: No reaction was observed with normal human plasma using immunodiffusion techniques.
