Immunogen: Neutrophil elastase (active-site blocked) prepared from human sputum.

Presentation: 0.127 ml of immunoglobulin affinity purified from sheep antiserum on immobilized elastase (active-site blocked). The IgG concentration is 3.94 mg/ml in 10 mM HEPES, pH 7.4, containing 0.15 M NaCl and 50% glycerol (v/v).

Storage: Store between -10 and -20°C. Gently warm and mix before use.

Specificity: This antibody is specific for elastase as demonstrated by immunoelectrophoresis and ELISA.
