Immunogen: Neutrophil elastase (active-site blocked) prepared from human sputum.

Presentation: 1 ml of immunoglobulin purified from sheep antiserum. The IgG concentration is 10 mg/ml in 10 mM HEPES, pH 7.4, containing 0.15 M NaCl and 50% glycerol (v/v).

Storage: Store in the freezer between -10 and -20°C. Gently mix before use.

Specificity: IgG is monospecific for elastase when analyzed by immunoelectrophoresis and ELISA.
