Immunogen: Recombinant Plasminogen Activator Inhibitor-1 (PAI-1) prepared from bacterial culture supernatents.

Presentation: 1.0 ml immunoglobulin purified from sheep antiserum to PAI-1. The IgG concentration is 10 mg/ml in 10 mM HEPES, pH 7.4, containing 0.15 M NaCl in 50% glycerol (v/v).

Storage: Store in the freezer between -10 and -20°C. Gently mix before use.

Specificity: IgG is specific for PAI-1 as determined by immunoelectrophoresis and ELISA.
