This product can be used as a source of affinity-purified sheep antibodies to human Platelet Factor 4 (PF4). The suitability of this product for use in immunoblotting and immunoassay has not been assessed.

Immunogen: Platelet Factor 4 (PF4) purified from human platelet concentrate.

Presentation: Vial containing 0.227 ml of polyclonal sheep IgG affinity-purified on immobilized human PF4. The IgG concentration is 2.21 mg/ml in 0.01 M HEPES, pH 7.4, 0.15 M NaCl and 50% glycerol (v/v). This product contains no preservative.

Storage: Store in the freezer between -10 to -20°C. Gently mix before use.

Specificity: This antibody is specific for PF4 as demonstrated by immunoelectrophoresis and ELISA.
