This product can be used as a source of sheep antibodies to GPIIb-IIIa.

Immunogen: Purified glycoprotein IIb-IIIa complex (GPIIb-IIIa) prepared from platelets.

Presentation: 1 ml of immunoglobulin purified from sheep antiserum to GPIIb-IIIa. The IgG concentration is 10 mg/ml in a solution of 10 mM HEPES, pH 7.4, containing 0.15 M NaCl and 50% glycerol. No preservative is added.

Storage: Store in the freezer between -10 to -20°C. Gently mix before use.

Specificity: IgG is monospecific for GPIIb-IIIa when analysed by immunoelectrophoresis and ELISA.
