This product is suitable for use as a source of antibodies to human Protein C Inhibitor (PCI).

Immunogen: Human Protein C Inhibitor (PCI) purified from plasma.

Presentation: 1 ml of purified immunoglobulin from goat antiserum to PCI. The IgG concentration is 10 mg/ml in 0.01 M HEPES, pH 7.4, containing 0.1 M NaCl and 50% glycerol (v/v).

Storage: Store in the freezer between -10 and -20°C. Gently mix before use.

Specificity: This antibody has been solid phase adsorbed to remove contaminating reactivities. Only one arc was seen with normal human plasma, no arc was seen with PCI deficient plasma.
