Sheep Anti-Human Prothrombin Fragment 1 Affinity-Purified IgG. This product can be used for the immunodetection of prothrombin and fragment 1.

Immunogen: Prothrombin (Factor II) purified from human plasma.

Presentation: 0.108 ml of immunoglobulin prepared from sheep antiserum by affinity purification on immobilized Prothrombin fragment 1. The IgG concentration is 4.61 mg/ml in 10 mM HEPES, pH 7.4, containing 0.15 M NaCl and 50% glycerol (v/v).

Storage: Store in the freezer between -10 and -20°C. Gently mix before use.

Specificity: This antibody recognizes the fragment 1 region of prothrombin.
