Sheep Anti-Human Prothrombin Fragment 2 Affinity-Purified IgG. This product can be used for the immunodetection of prothrombin and fragment 2.

Immunogen: Human Prothrombin (Factor II) purified from plasma.

Presentation: 0.104 ml of immunoglobulin prepared from sheep antiserum by affinity purification on immobilized Prothrombin fragment 2. The IgG concentration is 4.85 mg/ml in 10mM HEPES, pH 7.4, 0.15 M NaCl, containing 50% glycerol (v/v).

Storage: Store in the freezer between -10 and -20°C. Gently mix immediately before use.

Specificity: This antibody is specific for the fragment 2 region of prothrombin. When tested by immunoelectrophoresis, a single arc of reactivity was observed with plasma and with purified prothrombin fragment 2. No reactivity was observed with thrombin or with prothrombin deficient plasma.
