This product is intended for use in ELISA applications.

Immunogen: Whole IgG purified from mouse serum.

Presentation: 0.5 ml of goat affinity purified IgG conjugated to horseradish peroxidase by the periodate method. The concentration is 1.0 mg/ml in a buffered stabilizer solution containing 50% glycerol (v/v). The conjugate has an Rz ratio (Reinheitszahl, A403/A280) of 0.483 as determined spectrophotometrically. This product contains no preservative.

Storage: Store in the freezer between -10 and -20°C.

Specificity: When tested by immunoelectrophoresis against normal mouse serum, a single arc was observed, of identical mobility to purified mouse IgG.
