This product is suitable a source of peroxidase-linked antibodies to bovine thrombin and thrombin complexes and prothrombin.

Immunogen: Bovine alpha-Thrombin inactivated with PPACK.

Presentation: 0.1 ml volume of Sheep IgG conjugated to horseradish peroxidase by the periodate method. The concentration is 2.0 mg/ml in a buffered stabilizer solution, containing 50% glycerol (v/v). The conjugate has an Rz (Reinheitszahl, A403/A280) ratio of 0.46 as determined spectrophotometrically. No preservatives are added.

Storage: Store between -10 and -20°C. Gently mix before use. Avoid exposure of conjugate to Sodium Azide or Thimerosal, as these can inhibit peroxidase activity.

Specificity: This antibody is specific for bovine thrombin as demonstrated by immunoelectrophoresis and ELISA.
