This product can be used in immunoassays for prothrombin and thrombin as well as thrombin-inhibitor complexes.

Immunogen: Bovine alpha-Thrombin inactivated with PPACK.

Presentation: 1 ml of immunoglobulin purified from sheep antiserum. The IgG concentration is 10 mg/ml in 10 mM HEPES pH 7.4, containing 0.15 M NaCl and 50% (v/v) glycerol.

Storage: Store between -10 and -20°C. Mix gently before use.

Specificity: The IgG is specific for bovine thrombin as demonstrated by ELISA and immunoelectrophoresis.
