This product can be used as an enriched source of sheep antibodies to human thrombin and thrombin-inhibitor complexes.

Immunogen: Human alpha-Thrombin inactivated with PPACK.

Presentation: 1 ml of immunoglobulin from sheep antiserum affinity purified on immobilized alpha-thrombin. The IgG concentration is 0.50 mg/ml in 10 mM HEPES, pH 7.4, containing 0.15 M NaCl and 50% glycerol (v/v).

Storage: Store in freezer between -10 and -20°C. Do not use frost-free freezers.

Specificity: IgG is specific for human alpha-thrombin as demonstrated by immunoelectrophoresis and ELISA.
