1. Capture Antibody (Catalog No. TAT-EIA-C): yellow capped tube containing 0.50 ml. affinity purified sheep antibody to thrombin for coating plates. Store at -20°C
2. Detecting Antibody (Catalog No. TAT-EIA-D): red capped tube containing 0.50 ml. peroxidase conjugated affinity purified sheep antibody to antithrombin III (ATIII) for detection of ATIII complexed to thrombin. Store at -20°C
3. Conjugate Diluent: 5 vials each containing 10 ml universal diluent for use with detecting antibody. Store at +4°C. One vial is sufficient for one 96 well EIA plate.
