Half maximal binding to coated t-PA at 650 ng/mL (high affinity); reaction with free t-PA and t-PA-PAI-1 complexes; no cross-reaction with urokinase. Directed against an epitope on the light chain of t-PA away from the active site. It stimulates plasminogen activation in the presence of CNBr fragments of fibrinogen and of plasminogen activation in the absence of CNBr fragments of fibrinogen.
