This product can be used for immunostaining and in immunoassays for human vitronectin and its complexes.

Immunogen: Human vitronectin (Vn) purified from plasma. This protein is also known as S-Protein.

Presentation: 0.146 ml of immunoglobulin from sheep antiserum affinity purified on immobilized vitronectin. The IgG concentration is 3.43 mg/ml in 10 mM HEPES , pH 7.4, containing 0.15 M NaCl and 50% glycerol (v/v).

Storage: Store in the freezer between -10 to -20°C. Gently mix before use.

Specificity: This antibody is specific for vitronectin as demonstrated by immunoelectrophoresis. A single precipitin arc is observed with normal plasma. No arc was observed with vitronectin depleted plasma.
