This product can be used as a source of peroxidase labelled antibodies in immunoassays and immunodetection of human vitronectin.

Immunogen: Purified vitronectin (Vn) from human plasma. This protein is also known as S Protein.

Presentation: 0.1 ml volume of sheep immunoglobulin affinity purified on vitronectin immobilized on agarose beads. The sheep IgG was conjugated to horseradish peroxidase by the periodate method. The concentration is 1.0 mg/ml in a buffered stabilizer solution containing 50% glycerol (v/v). The conjugate has an Rz ratio (Reinheitszahl, A403/A280) of 0.63 as determined spectrophotometrically.

Storage: Store in the freezer between -10 to -20°C. Gently mix before use.

Specificity: This antibody is specific for vitronectin as demonstrated by immunoelectrophoresis and ELISA.
