Sheep Anti-Rat von Willebrand Factor Peroxidase Conjugate IgG. This product can be used as a source of peroxidase labelled sheep antibodies to rat von Willebrand Factor.

Immunogen: Purified von Willebrand Factor (vWF) from rat plasma.

Presentation: 0.1 ml of sheep IgG conjugated to horseradish peroxidase by the periodate method. IgG concentration is 2.0 mg/ml in a buffered stabilizer solution containing 50% (v/v) glycerol. The conjugate has an Rz ratio (Reinheitszahl, A403/A280) of 0.46 as determined spectrophotometrically.

Storage: Store between -10 and -20°C. Gently mix before use.

Specificity: Prior to conjugation, this product was shown to be specific for rat vWF by ELISA and immunoelectrophoresis.
