Sheep anti-Rat von Willebrand Factor IgG. This product can be used as a source of sheep antibodies to rat vWF.

Immunogen: Purified von Willebrand Factor (vWF) from rat plasma.

Presentation: 1.0 ml of a purified preparation of immunoglobulin prepared from sheep antiserum. The IgG concentration is 5 mg/ml in 0.01 M HEPES pH 7.4, containing 0.1 M NaCl and 50% glycerol (v/v).

Storage: Store between -10oC and -20°C.

Specificity: This product has been solid phase adsorbed to remove contaminating antibodies. Immunoelectrophoresis against normal citrated rat plasma gives a single precipitin line.
