Plasma prekallikrein is activated to plasma kallikrein by prekallikrein activator (PKA-FXIIa). This new chromogenic assay contains lyophilized human prekallikrein and is a highly sensitive assay for measuring PKA in plasma and plasma derived therapeutics. Assy ranges with 2 calibrator sets 0 to 15 IU/ml and 0 to 50 IU/ml.
