Antibody and control IgG for the neutralization of antithrombin (ATIII) in plasma in clot-based assays.

Reagents -- Composition, Packaging and Storage

  1. Neutralizing IgG (Catalog No. AT-NU10-T): White capped tube containing 0.1 ml of 50 mg/ml IgG of purified sheep antibody for neutralizing ATIII inhibitor activity in plasma.
  2. Control IgG (Catalog No. AT-NU10-C): White capped tube containing 0.1 ml of 50 mg/ml IgG of purified sheep IgG from non-immune serum for use as negative control.

Both IgG's are supplied in a buffer consisting of 0.01 M Hepes, 0.15 M NaCl, 10 mM Na-Citrate and 0.02% NaN3 (w/v), pH 7.4.

Store at +4oC.
