Sheep anti-rabbit antithrombin affinity purified IgG
Immunogen: Antithrombin purified from rabbit plasma.
Presentation: 0.28 ml of immunoglobulin from sheep antiserum affinity purified on immobilized rabbit antithrombin. The IgG concentration is 1.79 mg/ml in 10 mM HEPES, pH 7.4, and 0.15M NaCl, containing 50% glycerol (v/v).
Storage: Store in freezer between -10 and -20oC. Do not use frost-free freezers.
Specificity: Antibody is specific for rabbit antithrombin as determined by immunoelectrophoresis and ELISA.
Application: This product can be used as a source of affinity-purified antibodies to rabbit antithrombin and enzyme-antithrombin complexes.
