Goat anti-human C1 esterase inhibitor peroxidase conjugated IgG
Immunogen: C1 esterase Inhibitor (also called C1-Inactivator) purified from human plasma.
Presentation: 0.1 ml volume of goat IgG conjugated to horseradish peroxidase by the periodate method. The concentration is 2.0 mg/ml in a buffered stabilizer solution containing 50% glycerol (v/v). The conjugate has an Rz ratio (Reinheitszahl, A403/A280) of 0.44 as determined spectrophotometrically. No preservatives are added.
Storage: Store in the freezer between -10 and -20°C. Gently mix before use.
Specificity: Prior to conjugation, IgG was specific for CINH when tested by immunoelectrophoresis and ELISA.
Application: This product is may be used as a source of peroxidase labelled antibodies to human C1 esterase Inhibitor. Optimum conditions for use of this antibody in analytical procedures should be established in each laboratory.
