Goat anti-human C1 esterase inhibitor purified IgG
Immunogen: C1 esterase Inhibitor (also called C1-Inactivator) purified from human plasma.
Presentation: 1.0 ml of immunoglobulin purified from goat antiserum. The IgG concentration is 5 mg/ml a solution of 10 mM HEPES, pH 7.4, 0.15 M NaCl and 50% glycerol (v/v).
Storage: Store in the freezer between -10 and -20°C. Gently mix before use.
Specificity: The IgG is specific for C1 esterase inhibitor as determined by immunoelectrophoresis and ELISA.
Application: This product can be used as a source of affinity purified goat antibodies to human C1-Inhibitor.
