Goat anti-human complement 1 (C1s) affinity-purified IgG
Immunogen: Complement component 1 subunit (C1s) purified from human plasma.
Presentation: 0.25 ml of IgG affinity-purified on immobilized human C1s. The IgG concentration is 2 mg/ml in 0.02 M HEPES, pH 7.4, 0.15 M NaCl and 50% glycerol (v/v). This product contains no preservative.
Storage: Store in the freezer between -10 to -20oC. Gently mix before use.
Specificity: This antibody is specific for C1 as demonstrated by immunoelectrophoresis and ELISA.
Application: This product can be used as a source of affinity-purified polyclonal antibodies to human C1s and its activation products.
