Goat anti-human complement 1 (C1s) IgG-peroxidase conjugate
Immunogen: Complement component 1 subunit (C1s) purified from human plasma.
Presentation: 0.1 ml of goat IgG conjugated to horseradish peroxidase by the periodate method. The IgG-HRP concentration is 2.0 mg/ml in a stabilizer solution containing 50% glycerol (v/v). This conjugate has an Rz ratio (Reinheitszahl, A403/A280) of 0.44 as determined spectrophotometrically.
Storage: Store between -10 and -20°C. Gently mix before use. Avoid exposure of conjugate to Sodium Azide or Thimerosal, as these can inhibit peroxidase activity.
Specificity: Prior to conjugation, this product tested as specific for C1 as demonstrated by immunoelectrophoresis and ELISA.
Application: This product is suitable for use as a source of enzyme labelled antibodies to human C1s and its activation products.
