Goat anti-human complement 1 (C1s) purified whole IgG

Immunogen: Complement component 1 subunit (C1s) purified from human plasma.

Presentation: 1.0 ml of whole IgG purified from goat antiserum to C1. The IgG concentration is 5 mg/ml in 10 mM HEPES, pH 7.4, 0.15 M NaCl and 50% glycerol (v/v). This product contains no preservative.

Storage: Store in the freezer between -10 to -20°C. Gently mix before use.

Specificity: IgG is specific for C1s as demonstrated by immunoelectrophoresis and ELISA.

Application: This product is suitable as a source of antibodies to C1s.
