This product can be used as a source of antibody to fibrinogen and fibrin products.
Immunogen: Human Fibrin fragment E (Fn-E) purified from plasmin lysate of crosslinked fibrin clot.
Presentation:1 ml of immunoglobulin purified from sheep antiserum to Fn-E. The IgG concentration is 10 mg/ml in 10 mM HEPES, pH 7.4, containing 0.15 M NaCl and 50% glycerol (v/v).
Storage: Store in the freezer between -10 and -20°C. Gently warm and mix before use.
Specificity: IgG is specific for FN-E when analyzed by immunoelectrophoresis and ELISA.
