This antibody is intended for use as an enriched source of sheep antibodies to human Fibrinopeptide A (FPA).
Immunogen: Synthetic fibrinopeptide A alpha1-16 conjugated to carrier.
Presentation: 0.175 ml of immunoglobulin affinity-purified on immobilized synthetic FPA peptide. The IgG concentration is 2.87 mg/ml in 10 mM HEPES, 0.15 NaCl, pH 7.4, containing 50% (v/v) glycerol. No preservatives have been added.
Storage: Store between -10 and -20°C. Gently mix before use.
Specificity: IgG does not react with normal plasma by immunoprecipitation, reacts with FPA by ELISA.
