This antibody is intended for use in immunoassays for the measurement of human FPA.
Immunogen: Synthetic fibrinopeptide A 1-16 conjugated to carrier.
Presentation: 1 ml of immunoglobulin purified from sheep antiserum to FPA. The IgG concentration is 10 mg/ml in 0.01 M HEPES, pH 7.4, containing 0.15 M NaCl and 50% glycerol (v/v).
Storage: Store in the freezer between -10 and -20°C. Gently warm and mix before use.
Specificity: IgG is specific for FPA when analyzed by ELISA. No reaction was observed with normal human plasma when tested by immunoelectrophoresis.
