This product is intended for use in the neutralization of Heparin Cofactor II (HCII) activity in plasma and clot-based assays.

Reagents -- Composition, Packaging and Storage

  1. Neutralizing IgG (Catalog No. HCII-NU10-T): Purple capped tube containing 0.11ml of purified sheep IgG antibody for neutralizing HCII inhibitor activity in plasma.
  2. Control IgG (Catalog No. HCII-NU10-C): White capped tube containing 0.11ml of purified sheep IgG from non-immune serum for use as negative control .

Both IgG's are supplied in a buffer consisting of 20 mM M Hepes, 0.15 M NaCl, 10 mM Na-Citrate and 0.02% NaN3 (w/v), pH 7.4. Store at +4°C.
