This product can be used as a source of enzyme-labelled sheep antibodies to human Platelet Factor 4 (PF4).
Immunogen: Platelet Factor 4 (PF4) purified from human platelet concentrate.
Presentation: 0.1 ml volume of sheep IgG conjugated to horseradish peroxidase by the periodate method. The concentration is 2.0 mg/ml in a buffered stabilizer solution, containing 50% glycerol (v/v). The conjugate has an Rz ratio (Reinheitszahl, A403/A280) of 0.77 as determined spectrophotometrically. This product contains no preservative. Storage: Store in the freezer between -10 to -20°C. Gently mix before use.
Specificity: Prior to conjugation the antibody was specific for PF4 as demonstrated by immuno-electrophoresis and ELISA.
