This product is suitable for use in immunoassays for human PCI and its enzyme complexes.
Immunogen: Human Protein C Inhibitor (PCI) purified from plasma.
Presentation: Vial containing 5 ml of goat immunoglobulin affinity-purified on immobilized PCI. The IgG concentration is 2 mg/ml in 10 mM HEPES, pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl and 50% (v/v) glycerol.
Storage: Store in freezer between -10 and -20°C. Gently warm and mix before use.
Specificity: This antibody is specific for PCI as demonstrated by immunoelectrophoresis and ELISA.
