Sheep Anti-Canine von Willebrand Factor Peroxidase Conjugate IgG. This product is suitable for use as a source of enzyme conjugated antibody to canine von Willebrand Factor.
Immunogen: Canine von Willebrand Factor purified from canine plasma.
Presentation: 0.1 ml of sheep IgG conjugated to horseradish peroxidase by the periodate method. IgG concentration is 2 mg/ml in a buffered stabilizer solution containing 50% glycerol (v/v). This product contains no microbial growth inhibitors. The conjugate has an RZ ratio (Reinheitszahl, A403/A280) of 0.50 as determined spectrophotometrically.
Storage: Store in freezer between -10 and -20°C. Gently mix before use. Avoid exposure to Sodium Azide or Thimerosal as these can inhibit peroxidase activity.
Specificity: Prior to conjugation, this product was specific for canine von Willebrand Factor as determined by immunoelectrophoresis and ELISA.
