REAADS Coagulation Controls are assayed control plasma for coagulation studies. Normal control plasma (Coagulation Control 1) may be used in REAADS von Willebrand Factor Antigen, von Willebrand Factor Activity, Protein C Antigen, Protein S Antigen, and Monoclonal Free Protein S Antigen ELISAs. The controls are lyophilized and to be reconstituted in 1.0 ml deionized water. REAADS Coagulation Control 1 serves as a normal control.
Box of 10 vials to be reconstituted to 1 ml.
Principle
REAADS Coagulation Controls are tested in the same manner as citrated patient plasma samples to assess the performance of each assay run.
