Two-site ELISA method for the measurement of DDimer in human plasma, offering an homogeneous reactivity to the various Fibrin Degradation Products (Early, Intermediary, Late: X-Oligomers, X-D-X, Y-D, etc...); no interference of Fibrinogen Degradation Products (fragments X, Y or D).
Assay designed with two murine monoclonal antibodies, the first one, highly specific for human DDimer for coating the ELISA plate and the second one, conjugated with HorseRadish Peroxidase (HRP), for revelation.
Kit using liquid, ready to use, TMB substrate and color development reading at 450 nm.
