Two-site ELISA method for the measurement of uPA-PAI-1 complexes.
Assay designed with a murine monoclonal antibody specific for uPA for coating, and capturing uPA-PAI-1 complexes, and a murine monoclonal antibody, specific for PAI-1 and labelled with HorseRadish Peroxidase (HRP), for revelation.
The assay only measures uPA complexed with PAI-1.
Controls are included.
