Vial containing 2 ml of Prekallikrein pool extracted from human citrated plasma according to the European Pharmacopeia. For research use only in studies and protocols where a source of Prekallikrein pool is necessary.
Activity
Tested with a chromogenic assay using a specific kallikrein substrate, following activation with PK activator (mainly Factor XIIa), established by reference to the NIBSC International Standard.
Reconstitution
Each vial must be restored with 2 ml distilled water in order to obtain a prekallikrein pool according to the European Pharmacopeia. Incubate until complete dissolution. Shake gently, avoiding formation of foam. This solution can be diluted to the desired concentration if required.
Note: a minimum order of 20 (20 x 2ml) is required for this item.
