The M30-Apoptosense® is an ELISA for the quantitative measurement of the apoptosis-associated M30 neo-epitope in tissue culture media, cell extracts, and in serum or plasma samples. Potential uses include drug candidate screening, following time course kinetic studies, and measuring dose response after exposure to pro-apoptotic agents.
